An inclusive, independent boarding high school
Elective classes meet three mornings a week and are taught by our classroom teachers. Teachers choose a creative offering to teach, which gives them the chance to connect with students about content unrelated to their core classes. Elective choices change from quarter to quarter and from year to year depending on student interest. Some students try a new elective each quarter, while others find a passion in one of our elective classes and hone in on it throughout their time at Rock Point. The goal of the program is to introduce students to new avenues for learning and to encourage them to seek new ways to explore their own creative and educational interests.
